Atelier Talks: Design Through Nature
As part of our ongoing Atelier Talks series, Design Through Nature brought together designers, architects, creatives, and curious minds for an evening dedicated to exploring the relationship between nature and design. Hosted in collaboration with Atelier Prato, this edition continued our mission of creating an open, welcoming space where people can connect, exchange ideas, and learn from one another.
Each Atelier Talks edition is built around a carefully selected theme, combining an inspiring conversation led by an expert with a hands-on workshop that encourages participants to engage with the topic in a meaningful way. More than a lecture, the experience is designed to spark dialogue, foster new connections, and create a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing perspectives.
Surrounded by beautiful seasonal flowers, guests explored topics including biophilic design, floral design, and the psychological impact of nature on our wellbeing and the spaces we inhabit. The discussion invited participants to reflect, ask questions, and contribute their own thoughts, making the conversation both insightful and interactive.
The evening concluded with a floral composition workshop led by Atelier Prato, where guests learned the principles of creating natural arrangements before crafting their own unique compositions. Filled with creativity, conversation, and moments of discovery, Design Through Nature celebrated the power of nature to inspire design while bringing people together through a shared, hands-on experience.
